Orders can still be called in or placed online and shipped directly to you as usual however, if ordered as an "in-store pick-up" at our location we have made the following changes. When you arrive to our store, please call the local phone number posted on the store window and your order will be brought to you outside. At Xtreme Wear Parts Inc we stand 100% behind our products, however if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just email us you would like to return the unused product within 14 days of receipt, and you’ll get a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.

Return provisions:

  • Are purchased directly from Xtreme Wear Parts Inc. 
  • Have no payment balance outstanding
  • Have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)
  • Returns of used items are not accepted
  • Have notified us less than 14 days since the receipt date by filling out our on-line product return form

Refunds will be issued:

  • Directly to the registered customer who purchased the product
  • In the same form as the original payment was received. eg. Credit Card
  • Within 15 days of the product being returned to the location specified by Xtreme Wear Parts Inc upon issuance of the RMA
  • All products must be returned to Xtreme Wear Parts at purchaser’s expense  including any freight or customs duty fee's if applicable
  • If the order was originally shipped with FREE SHIPPING terms, the actual shipping costs for the order will be charged back to the customer
  • A full refund will be issued less the original and return shipping cost if applicable, plus a 5% credit card re-processing fee will be charged back to the customer if a credit card was used for the original transaction
