At Xtreme Wear Parts Inc we stand 100% behind our products, however if for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, just email us you would like to return the unused product within 14 days of receipt, and you’ll get a full refund of the purchase price, no questions asked.
- Are purchased directly from Xtreme Wear Parts Inc.
- Have no payment balance outstanding
- Have been issued a Return Merchandise Authorization code (RMA)
- Returns of used items are not accepted
- Have notified us less than 14 days since the receipt date by filling out our on-line product return form.
Refunds will be issued:
- Directly to the registered customer who purchased the product
- In the same form as the original payment was received. eg. Credit Card
- Within 15 days of the product being returned to the location specified by Xtreme Wear Parts Inc upon issuance of the RMA
- All products must be returned to Xtreme Wear Parts at purchaser’s expense. A full refund will be issued less the original and return shipping costs, unless the return is a result of our error (for example, you received an incorrect or defective product, etc.). When items are orginally shipped with free shipping terms, there will be a calculated shipping cost applied to the orginal shipping cost.
